Returns

Snowlock Books offers refundable returns within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unread, and in its original packaging (if applicable). We’re committed to ensuring the quality of every book you receive, and we’ll work with you to address any concerns! You can always contact us for any return questions at info@snowlockbooks.com.

Refunds

Snowlock Books will refund the purchase price of the item plus applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refunded. You will be required to pay for return shipping.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Replacement for Damaged Books

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the book is defective or damaged please email us at info@snowlockbooks.com within 14 days of delivery. Include a description of the issue along with clear photos of the item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Some of our orders are fulfilled directly by the distributor and have not been inspected for quality by our team.

Our grading criteria, listed below, provide guidelines for qualifying replacements, but if you're unsure if your item qualifies, please reach out! Each case is reviewed individually for the best resolution.

Qualifies for Replacement:

-Production defects

-Significant cover damage (tears, dents, heavily crushed corners)

-Loose or detached binding, leaves, or pages

-Torn pages that affect readability

-Stains, water damage, or residue that cannot be removed

Does Not Qualify for Replacement:

-Removable residue, such as from publisher-placed stickers

-Minor scratches or markings

-Minor creasing, wrinkling, or minor dents on the cover or dust jacket (including corners)
